Have you ever been so stressed you were jumping around like a crazy woman and you felt like you were making NO process at all?
Everyone has had that moment when they can’t think straight. You know those moments when you have so much on your mind you feel like you are on the verge of a meltdown.
Things just go crazy sometimes and you have to be self-aware enough to know when you need to take a step back and calm those voices telling you everything you need to do.
No one goes through life without feeling overwhelmed and like their mind is going to explode out of their head at some point. It just happens.
I either made you feel a little better about yourself or burst your bubble of something that is not a reality. Sorry but I love you too much to not let you stay in delusion. About every 6 months I have a “moment” and have to go through this process to help me feel like I have better control over life.

Learning Your Breaking Point
This is key! Learn to listen to your body and don’t let yourself get too far emotionally. That is the moment when you are starting to get annoyed by almost everything and about to say something you will regret.
You will get even better and start to catch it one step before this one when you start to feel the pile stack up in your head.
What Do You Need To Calm Yourself Down
When you have a huge list of to-do’s running through your mind like a 5 lane highway at
- Do you stop and take a few breaths and have 5 minutes of quiet. Mommas, maybe you go to the bathroom, lock the door and put earbuds in.
- Love essential oils? Add your favorite oil to your diffuser.
- If you are an animal lover like me taking the time to push everything aside and spend time loving on your critters can change the outlook of the day.
- Can you make yourself a cup of decaf tea? Trust me when your mind is going crazy the last you need is something like caffine to speed it up.
Find those small easy things that don’t cost anything to push aside your struggles for just a few minutes.
Acknowledge The Trigger
What started your stress and anxiety? Was it too much going on? Or did something go wrong that you will just need time to get through it?
Brain Dump When You Are Stressed
My favorite is to have a notebook so I can do a brain dump. If you are not familiar with the term you simply write everything out that is running through your mind and get rid of all the stuff that is building up.
Handwriting will help clear your mind much better then typing but if you are a digital person and you get the same result then digital is totally fine.
The purpose is to get everything out of your mind so you can calm yourself inside and focus on one task at a time.
