If you raise animals you need a chore coat for the cooler months. Whether you live in the north or the south we all have a cold season that leaves you feeling like you need to put on 19 layers and walking like a stuffed sausage just to stay warm.

Not to mention the cry for help that busts out your lungs as the coat you have on for everyday wear gets a snag from a nail that is sticking out that you didn’t see.

Am I being a touch dramatic? I don’t think so😂😂

With me spending 90% of my chore time around wire cages. Mercy, I am is just begging for a snag.

I recently bought a nice long (past my booty) puffer coat and I was wearing it down to do chores.

Thankfully it made it out alive but I was begging for a rip down the sleeve. I would probably have sat down and cried if that happened.

After that, I decided It might be helpful for you to find some coats that are warm but will put up with some rough handling.

One small drawback is the fabric does collect hair. But You can’t have everything.

My Size: I am 5’11” and normally wear a size 10 – I have a medium in this coat.
