Wondering why you don’t have the motivation to chase your dreams?
As a child, we are told that we can be anything we want when we grow up. Then something happens as we hit our adulthood. We become so risk-averse that we don’t stretch out on our own to try not things. We worry about want other people will think or say.
Very few people find the bravery to chase after the dreams they have. Whether that is to start there own side hustle, stay home with their family, or try that new thing you always wanted.

You Are Not To Insignificant
You love that skill everyone says you are good at. But you wonder if someone would come and read your post or watch your video. Self-doubt kicks in and you tell your self there is no one who really cares about crocheting or soap making. They are such small and insignificant things. You are just a small town girl with no connections or real money to invest in starting a business of your own…
…Ok, hold the phone!
First, off I want you to know that I understand what it feels like to be that small town girl feeling like your niche does not matter or there is no one else who could benefit from your knowledge.
Second, if you have a love for those things that are others out there too who have the same love. You just have to find them.
You Have The Idea For A Reason
If you have an idea or passion that you just can not shake, you have given it time and you still have this burning in your heart. There is a reason it is there, don’t push it to the back burner and ignore something that could turn in to something you never dreamed of.
We live in a time where the cost of starting a business is free. If you have a smartphone and internet you can build something off of a free website and social media if you have to.
Learning how to start your own business will seem scary at times and others it will seem like you can take on the world. Age and passions have nothing to do with your ability for success. You can turn your hobby into a business. You just have to find that sweet spot to make an income doing what you love.
Don’t start something purely for the profit potential.
Only Chase Wh
at Makes YOU Happy
Make sure what you are chasing is what YOU want and that is what will make you happy. It is ssssoooo easy to get caught up in what other people are chasing and think that our target is the same as their target.
Revisit your goals and ask yourself if you really want that thing in your life that you are dreaming of. If you look at what it would take for you to get that dream it may not be what you truly want.
I may think I want the body of the women in the work out DVDs but I have more to do
Let The People You Don’t See Be The Motivation To Chase Your Dreams
This might be hard to remember at first especially if you are working to build your business and you don’t see any feedback for a long time. That, unfortunately, is simply part of it. When audiences are small you don’t hear from people for a while. But you can’t let that stop you. You need to want it so bad you can taste it.
I remember as a young child my parents would tell me that my siblings were watching what I did even if I didn’t see it. So I had to set a good example. It used to drive me crazy! The truth is they where right and the same is true for your business.
There are people watching you, even if you don’t see it. There was a week when I was debating myself (that never goes way) and two times in one-week people told me in person how much they loved reading my blog. Yet I had no idea they read it.
So You are making an impact in ways that you may never know this side of heaven.
Chase Your Dreams Even Through The Tough Times
Finding the motivation to chase you dreams is why you are here. But I will also say it is not easy. Nor should it be.
This is the moment that separate the women from the girls. You have to be strong and push through the weeds. If everyone knew how to build a business we would all be working from home and making a million dollars… Ok, maybe not a million dollars but you get the idea.
To Find Motivation You May Have To Cut Something Out
In order to find motivation, it does not always mean to add something two your life but to cut something out. There is often a trigger that causes is to lose motivation. Watching too closely to other people you envy. Or seeing what your leaders and teachers have built can easily cloud our vision and we forget they have worked ten or twenty years to get what they have.
It is not a matter of if you will need motivation. Its when. Don’t beat yourself up for feeling down about meeting your goals, getting in shape, building a business or anything else you want to make your life better.
It take work and time. When you are struggling find out what you need to make yourself feel better and ready to get back in the game.
